KEYE Completes Shareholding Reform and Renames to Anhui Keye Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.

Anhui Keye Information Technology Co., Ltd. has officially completed its joint-stock reform and changed its name to Anhui Keye Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as 'Keye Tech'). A shareholders’ general meeting was held at Keye Tech, attended by all shareholder representatives. The renaming marks Keye Tech’s strategic upgrade to a joint-stock enterprise, advancing toward greater capitalization and standardized development.

The company has long specialized in the field of AI vision inspection, providing AI-powered solutions for industries including food, pharmaceuticals, textiles, new energy, and capacitors, etc. With business expansion and continuous R&D innovation, the company recognized the urgent need to optimize its governance structure and integrate resources through shareholding reform, in order to meet the challenges and seize the opportunities brought by intelligent industrial upgrading.

At the shareholders’ general meeting, Mr. Yan Tianxin, Chairman of Keye Tech, stated: “Following the shareholding reform, the company will further establish a modern corporate system with clearly defined responsibilities and scientific decision-making, standardize operational processes, strengthen risk control, and provide a solid foundation for technology R&D and market expansion.”
